Locally owned and operated landscaping company is looking to hire Crew Member/Crew Leader Drivers. Experience is preferred but not required. We will give you the tools and training needed to succeed! We are looking for Crew Leaders and Crew Members that hold a valid Driver's License (preferred but not required) and get approved by our insurance company as a driver, must have a clean 3yr driving record to get approved. Responsibilities include: -As a licensed Crew Member/Crew Leader Driver, you will be driving the truck to the jobsite as well as working with the crews -Learning how to safely and properly use all equipment -Aiding in the completion of landscape services for commercial and residential clients ( includes but not limited to Running a weed eater, backpack leaf blower, hedge trimmer, hard edger, chain saw, pole saw, zero turn lawn mower, push mower, pushing wheelbarrows, loading and unloading materials and debris, raking and bagging debris, climbing ladders) -Taking directions and working under direct supervision -Know how to read job notes, comprehend, and understand the task at hand. -Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Some of the things we offer: *Up to $16/hr *Paid Training *Employee Referral Program *Evaluations yearly *Opportunity for advancement *6 paid Holidays and Paid Time Off earned after 1 year of employment *Incentive Reward program *Monday through Thursday work schedule(Occasional Friday for makeup day). *Weekends Off!
