From the City of South Bend: August 12, 2020 The City of South Bend Department of Public Works is waiving the drop-off fee at its Organic Resources facility through Friday, August 21. City residents can dispose of tree debris from the recent storms with no fee during this time. Residents should proceed to the drive-thru style window upon entering Organic Resources, located at 4340 Trade Drive. Organic Resources is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The office is closed from 12:30 – 1:00 p.m. daily. No loading or dumping is allowed when the office is closed.
