This event is in memory of Eric Stittiams. All proceeds of the event will go towards his final expenses & a future foundation in his name. My dad's passion was cooking and especially cooking crawfish. I couldn't think of a better way to memorialize him and continue to share his passion with his loved ones and anyone who has a love for eating good food. Not only is this event to honor my father's memory it is just the beginning for how his legacy will live on. This will be the first of many annual crawfish boils that will be held on behalf of the future Eric Dwayne Stittiams Foundation. This foundation will help to fund research for colon related diseases, provide scholarships, as well as assistance for those in need of professional counseling and therapy. A ticket is your plate with each purchase of a ticket you are buying either a $8 burger plate or a $20 2lb plate of crawfish(including potato, corn, sausage). Please order crawfish by how many pounds you will be eating. There will be limited ticket availability at the door. *If you are unable to attend and/or would like to donate that is a ticket option as well. *Beverages will be sold by the venue and will have to be purchased separately.
