Free Event. Maundy Thursday worship at Creekwood United Methodist Church. Free Event. Jesus met with His Disciples for a meal together. As they gathered, Jesus washed their feet. During the meal, Jesus took bread, blessed it and gave it to His Disciples and said "Take, Eat. This is my body given for you. Do this in remembrance of me." When the supper was over, He took the cup and gave thanks. Gave the cup to His Disciples saying "Take this all of you and drink. This is the cup of the new covenant. The cup of my blood poured out for you. Each time you drink it, remember me."
