Project entertainment network’s Armcast: Dead Sexy Podcast spoke with author Amere Dozier on episode 335. The podcast host, Armand Rosamilia posted it on all of his social media today. Armand and Amere talked about Dozier’s upcoming release, what he has learned so far from writing, new marketing strategies, and much more. Rosamilia also talked with the “Dirty Work” author about the struggles that he faces when setting up his tours about 15 minutes into the interview. “Even with setting up signings. I’m 21, I’m black. When you’re a young black man and you’re talking to these people it’s different,” Dozier states. “Everybody is not going to want to host that signing. They hear ‘urban community’ and that may not even be the type of crowd they want in their environment.” The cancellation/delay of the 2020 Counterfeit Book tour was not brought up in the interview at all either. Dozier’s new book, “Counterfeit” is scheduled to be released on June 5, 2020. While the tour is set to start a week after.
