PLEASE READ THE DETAILS OF THIS FIELD TRIP CAREFULLY. EACH FIELD TRIP HAS UNIQUE GUIDELINES FOR AGES, NUMBER OF CHAPERONES, ETC. NO REFUNDS! This field trip is for Heartland Charter School students and their families. Please join us on Tuesday, May 24 to celebrate the end of another successful school year! We will meet at Polo Park from 10:00-12:00 and will be celebrating with dancing! There will be various vendors, curriculum return tables, raffle baskets, and dancing. It is sure to be a fun time!Heartland field trips are designed for families to attend together. Students need to be accompanied by an adult chaperone. If your student will be attending with another family, please indicate this when you register your student and let the field trip host know once you complete your registration. Any student that is registered without a chaperone will have their reservation canceled unless the family reaches out to the field trip lead and lets them know which registered chaperone will be responsible for their student. **To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, please do not attend a field trip if you, your student(s), or anyone in your household is ill or showing possible signs of illness.**Please read our refund policy! Refunds will not be given. As a courtesy, if you are sick or unable to attend a field trip, please contact the teacher that planned the event to let them know so they do not wait at the venue for you. You may not send a different family in your place as we will not have a waiver for them. May I pay using my funds? The event is FREE. Does this trip have any height, weight, and/or age restrictions? All ages are welcome. What are the check-in procedures? Families will need to check-in at the check-in table upon arrival to receive a raffle ticket for the raffle baskets. Is there on-site parking available? There is a parking lot where families can park. Can we pack snacks or lunch for this event or field trip? We are encouraging families to bring picnic-style food for lunches along with picnic blankets and maybe some games, too. Please do not bring food that contains peanuts to any Heartland event.
