This free event is an information session for future homebuyers of Decatur Land Trust homes and interested community members. Join the Decatur Land Trust, a new Decatur non-profit formed to create and preserve affordable homes, for a free event for future homebuyers! Future homebuyers and community members are invited to join us for an information session on how the Decatur Land Trust (DLT) is creating permanently affordable homes in Decatur using the community land trust (CLT) model. The goals of this information session are to introduce you to the Decatur Land Trust, provide an overview of the DLT home buying process, discuss properties coming soon, and talk about resources and next steps. This event is located in the auditorium at Legacy Park in Decatur. Food and drinks will be provided.
