Good Company Yoga, Soulshine Pelvic Health, and Femme x Columbia have teamed up for an epic event! Join Dr. Meghan, pelvic floor specialist, of Soulshine Pelvic Health and Sallie of Good Company Yoga on April 25 at 6:30pm for a special yoga class with some extra pelvic floor education. Sallie will lead us in a one hour flow in the Femme x Columbia courtyard with mimosas and light bites to follow while Dr. Meghan chats about all things pelvic health. We will have time for some FAQ so bring all your questions! Tickets are $35 and include bubbles and snacks. Pre-registration is required. Please bring your own yoga mat. Our rain date will be the following Monday, May 2. We hope to see you there!
