Jackie will lead the a women's circle through discussion and activities around Self Love. This month's topic is Energy Vampires. There are many names for energy vampires: toxic people, narcissists, high conflict individuals. All of these people suck our energy. The challenge is that these vampires may be family members, coworkers or lifelong friends. This workshop provides tools on how to successfully deal with this type of person so you become free of that negative energy and take your power back. About Jackie Jackie Henderson is a licensed mental health counselor and a fitness and dance professional. She is also the author of the self-help memoir “You’re Not for Everyone”. Jackie also facilitates self help and personal development workshops.
