The Crossroads Health & Wellness Center Health Fair Committee is hosting the 1st annual Health Fair on Saturday, April 23 from 12:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. This event will be held at 5960 Beach Boulevard Jacksonville, FL 32207. The target audience for this event is pediatric and geriatric however, the community will be welcome to participate. The objectives of the fair include: • To increase health awareness and disease prevention for the surrounding communities by providing health screenings, educational information, and related activities. • Increase awareness of local, state, and national health services and resources. • Motivate participants to make positive health behavior changes. • Teach self-care practices.
