5 days a week Mon-Friday 2 person team required for best results Spanish Ok DESCRIPTION: You will be responsible for cleaning the common areas of apartment buildings (leasing office, fitness center, game rooms, and the building hallways) Your job is to ensure that the property is cleaned and the client is happy with the appearance. This means most days you will be in and out in a few hours. Some days may run a little longer depending on what is needed. This contract is best suited for someone that has more of a business owner mindset, not an employee mindset. Will include general cleaning, mopping, and vacuuming. Must arrive before 730am and have a good professional presentation. Please only apply if you are sure you can arrive at work between at 7am or 8am. This will be a morning 3-5 hour shift depending on your team.
