LOWER MANHATTAN, NY — Multiple trains are delayed in Lower Manhattan after emergency services responded to a person in need at the Delancy Street/Essex Street Station, the MTA tweeted out on Friday morning. Southbound M, J, and F trains are still delayed around 1 p.m., the MTA tweeted.
