Description
We are a residential general contracting company based in Seattle, WA and Portland, OR. We are looking for a leader to oversee our projects.
Responsibilities:
Supervise various groups of workers.
Planning project schedules.
Delegating work to team members.
Ensuring workers follow company policy and procedures.
Monitoring team performance and project progress.
Stepping in to perform the job when needed.
Updating both management and client on project progress.
Ensuring work is completed on time, to a high standard and in line with all expectations and regulations.
Checking and approving final work.
Must meet the following requirements:
Have a driver's license
Have experience in construction (landscaping is a plus).
Know how to manage different teams/crews in different job sites.
Know how to communicate effectively with workers and clients.
Know how to work independently and be reliable.
Speak, read and write in English and Spanish. This is a must!

Salary will depend on the experience.
