Here are the top 3 stories in Buffalo today: The City of Buffalo has decided to disband its Police Advisory Board after several members resigned due to alleged infighting. Members of the Common Council voted to officially shut down the board after discovering during a meeting on Mar. 8 that the board had been operating without a set of approved bylaws. The council members have pledged to reform the group and are currently seeking new members for when the new committee is established. Cinara Marquis and Kendric Warrick both attend the Buffalo Academy of Visual Performing Arts and highlight themes of environmental protection and social activism in their work. Their winning art can be seen on billboards over The Oakk Room restaurant on Main Street, as well as on East Ferry and Welker Streets.
