Essential Job Functions:
Monitor projects to ensure compliance with architectural plans, company standards, and codes
Manage multiple projects
Communicate with clients and subcontractors
Attend project coordination meetings
Manage material orders
Manage manpower and project schedules
Research and preparation of change request to resolve design issues for approval
Position Requirements:
A journeyman’s license, or master electrician’s license is preferred
Experience with retail and commercial electrical construction
Electrical contracting assistant project management experience preferred
Understanding of electrical installations
Understanding of how to read electrical drawings is preferred
Strong computer skills required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
