Parts Associate responsibilities include assisting technicians with determining the correct part number(s), locating parts, ordering and allocating parts to vehicles, keeping parts inventory well stocked, controlling shrinkage and maintaining a working relationship with suppliers. Applicants must provide quality customer service, and be highly organized. Previous experience in a parts or shipping/ receiving environment is a plus, however training is available.
