MILWAUKEE, WI — A cyclist was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Milwaukee's south side on Friday, the Milwaukee Police Department announced. A man on a bicycle was struck by a car near S. 20th Street and W. Grant Street around 11:28 a.m., police said. The car sped off and it's not clear if the driver was identified. The man's identity is unknown, but police said he was in his 30s or 40s. Police tried to perform life saving measures on him, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. Milwaukee police are looking for the driver and asked the community for help. If anyone knows about the hit-and-run, they should contact Milwaukee police at 414-935-7360.
