Here are the top 3 stories in Madison today: A burglar accused of stealing cash from a donation box at Henry Vilas Zoo last summer was arrested on Wednesday. Police say 37-year-old Carlos T. Davis was captured on security camera footage entering the zoo's concession stand through a window. According to a criminal complaint filed on Feb. 25, damage to the window and the donation box inside was estimated at $700, while the cash loss was an additional $200 to $300. (Madison.com)The City of Madison is inviting residents to observe the testing of election equipment. Officials say the Clerk's Office tests the DS200 tabulators prior to each election to ensure they will accurately count votes. The public test will take place today, Mar. 26, at 2713 East Washington Avenue between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (WMTV – NBC15)Madison College hosted its second annual EMS-Fire Career Expo this week to help the next generation of emergency responders find employment.
