EmpowerED Birmingham, a community-based coalition focused on re-imagining K-12 education, invites all parents, students, and local leaders passionate about youth and educational opportunities to join them on April 9th from 10 AM - 12 at Hemphill Elementary School (714 12th ST SW Birmingham 35211). Grab free food from excellent food trucks, witness energizing artistic performances, connect your young person with a free tutor, all while spending time learning how your input could help shape the future of Birmingham education.
