Help Leveling Timbers for a Shed Pad

I need 1-2 hours of help leveling the timbers for a shed pad. As you can see in the picture, excavation is complete, so no hard labor. The task is leveling and squaring the timbers to the existing concrete pad. I have fill dirt, but it would help if you had a tamper or compactor. We will also need to join the timbers to make the correct length. Please respond with your experience for this type of job, your hourly rate, and how soon you can come to Frederick to complete the job.
