Chinchilla needing quiet forever home

I really hate having to do this because I'm the 3rd family this little guy has had. He's not a destructive little guy but he is young - probably about a 1- 2 years old- & has lots of energy, and can get a little excited at times. The problem is that, being such a bundle of energy, other animals seem annoyed by him. I got him hoping he would bond with my older chinchilla but I didn't realize how young he was when I got him and they have not bonded. Unfortunately, since they have not bonded I don't really have the space for a separate cage or the time to let them each have enough playtime outside of their cages. He needs a bigger cage than I currently have him in. My rabbit doesn't seem to like him and he gets along with my other chinchilla. One of his previous owners said he was scared of dogs so it is probably best if he is an only child. He is probably not good for someone with younger children because when he gets too excited he can nip at you. I've tried working with him a little but he is not very well trained but I think he could be if someone had the time to be consistent with him. There is a rehoming fee. He will come with some accessories, including his dust bowl & wheel - not the wheel pictured; I bought him a new, bigger one recently. He will not come with a cage. Please help this little bundle of energy find a forever home.
