ST. MICHAEL, MN — Jersey Mike's locations throughout Minnesota, including one in the St. Michael area, are set to donate 100 percent of their March 30 sales to support Special Olympics Minnesota. Jersey Mike's sandwich shop in Rogers is participating in the chain's "Day of Giving" to help send more than 100 Minnesota athletes to compete in the Special Olympics in Florida this summer. This is the first year that the chain is donating all of its proceeds to a single cause or organization. The company said it hopes to raise more than $15 million to break last year's record. Albertville Restaurant's Brunch Menu, Frittata Get High Praise Jersey Mike's "Day of Giving" on March 30 is part of the company's "Month of Giving," which started in 2011. The company said it has raised more than $47 million for local charities since then. Jersey Mike's has a sandwich shop at 13135 Main St. in Rogers, about 10 minutes from St. Michael.
