Press release from the City of Edina: March 23, 2022 THE EDINA PLANNING COMMISSION will meet at the Edina City Hall, Council Chambers, 4801 West 50th Street, on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 7:00 PM, and THE EDINA CITY COUNCIL will meet at the Edina City Hall, Council Chambers, 4801 West 50th Street, on Wednesday, May 4, 2022, at 7:00 PM to consider the following: William Bauer, SHE on behalf of Prince Bhakta, JR Hospitality is requesting a Site Plan review for a project within the Pentagon Park South (PUD-17) known as Pentagon Village. Pentagon Village was approved in 2019. The site at 4931 77th Street received a Site Plan approval to construct a five-story hotel. Construction of the hotel was delayed in 2020 due to Covid-19. The Site Plan approvals therefore have expired. The applicant is proposing to construct the same hotel that was approved in 2019. Public hearing input can be provided in a variety of ways.
