In the yard he asks for pets and wags his tail. His true personality comes out when he is in the yard. He becomes very playful and seeks attention with tail wags. He loves to run around in the yard and play with the ball. He slowly eats treats but when the handler approaches to leash him, he retreats to the corner of the kennel with tail tucked and becomes very stressed when trying to leash. But once in the yard he leans in for pets and explores the yard. it’s not fair to him to be put down because he is not good with being leashed, it can be the shelter environment.
