And we cultivate a culture where our team members feel seen, heard, and valued and can grow a career and a future with us.???  Directly responsible with the Operations Manager for the overall management of the supervision and janitorial staff assigned to service all the accounts in the branch. Functional AccountabilitiesResponsible for directing our service in  all accounts to ensure that  customer cleaning specifications are met to their satisfactionResponsible for training day porter in proper ABM cleaning techniques and assigning daily tasks to day porter and maintenance person.Responsible to ensure proper safety and HR training has been provided for all employees with support from HR and Safety ManagementResponsible for distributing and collecting monthly vehicle/building inspection sheetsResponsible for vehicle/equipment maintenance related issuesResponds to customer related issues as directed by the Operations Manager, District Manager and Branch Management.Ensures that day porters submit employee timecards/crew sheets to ensure proper wage payment to employeesEnsures proper supplies are ordered/purchased and distributed to all accountsCovers for the operations manager when he/she is absent from work.Job ExpectationsMaintain each account with budgeted labor each month to control costProvide an environment that will allow subordinates to grow and develop skills for future advancement.Lead by example: adhere to Branch, Corporate, Division, and Region policiesProvide support and leadership in special projects/initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager. Job DevelopmentAttend all Supervisor training opportunities and seminars made available by management.Attend any job related outside training seminar approved by Branch Management that would enhance skill levelMinimum RequirementsStrong attention to detail, required.Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.Intermediate experience using Microsoft office (Sharepoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)Experience using Adobe Professional or Nitro software, a plus.Interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various levels of staff.Able to learn and understand technical terms.Understanding of basic math calculations.Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relations.Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with field and office personnel.Ability to search out solutions to challenges.About UsABM (NYSE: ABM) is a leading provider of facility solutions with revenues of approximately $6.4 billion and over 130,000 employees in 300+ offices deployed throughout the United States and various international locations.
