Press release from Winchester Public Library: March 24, 2022 March is Youth Art Month! Youth Art Month is an annual observance each March to emphasize the value of art education for all children. We've put together a list of books that celebrate art and artists that may inspire you and your child to get creative. We also have two ongoing programs in the Children's Room that focus on art, Craft 'n' Read for grades K-3 and Saturday Craft Club for ages 9+.
