We need people who are able to initiate some tasks on their own; our employees would not need direction all the time. The work is not easy. It is landscaping/hardscaping. Some days are long. Some days are really hot. If you are kind of weak about that kind of thing, no need to apply. We need people who are conscious and like to do quality work. We aren't interested in slogging through a job - we like what we do - we like creating beauty. We create nice products. We are interested in talking/shaking hands with any one who is not opposed to doing real work. But we are more interested in people with landscape background and people who have managed landscape/hardscape crews/projects. Unlimited earning potential in that we are a small company, and we are turning down work because we don't have enough help. Opportunities for managers, crew leaders and others. We are not super formal - unless you need us to be! We are real people. You won't need to pass any exams. We believe we pay fairly for most workers that we encounter, but if you are exceptional we can talk business. Professional references and job history will need to be verified. Don't reply if: You can't be 'sober' during the entire work day. You don't like to sweat. You are lazy. You don't have a desire to grow with a company (lack initiative). You are careless, or dishonest. You are consistently late. We are people, and understand "stuff" happens, but that should not be the norm. You are consistently sick. We are pretty reasonable folk. We think. We like input and ideas from all walks. It's helpful if you have a driver's license and have experience driving a truck (with a pull behind trailer - NO SPECIAL license required.) It's helpful if you have a reasonably "professional appearance". Given that we work with "high-end" clients, it's helpful if you are reasonably kempt, but again, we are pretty tolerant. Don't worry about dressing up or tucking in a shirt. Not necessary. Just don't smell like a goat all the time and get a trim every couple years. We are real people with real opportunities.
