Re-homing Mature Koi and Red-ear Sliders

I'm trying to re-home about a dozen mature Koi and 4 turtles (red-ears). The Koi are at around 10-15 years old, and grew up in a decent sized pond (pictured) and range from a foot to about 2 feet long. The turtles share the space with them but tend to wonder about the yard during certain times of the year. All Koi must go to one location; I can be flexible with the turtles, but it is preferred they all go to one home. I am charging a one time re-homing fee of $100 to ensure they go to the right home. Again, they grew up in a pond, so I will be requiring proof of similar accommodations for their new home. Please do not contact me if you do not have the space necessary.
