HVAC Foreman & Lead Installer IMMEDIATE OPENING HVAC company is accepting applications for Residential and Commercial installation for a Foreman and Lead Installer to join our team. Immediate opening for full time and year round work. We offer benefits and paid time off after probation period. Weekly pay and direct deposit. We offer competitive pay depending on experience. Duties/Responsibilities: • Line out crews • Low Voltage Wiring • Fill out required logs, material list and forecast job needs • Watch for safety issues and RFI’s • Formulate change order • Oversee projects and maintain job schedules • Locate issues and resolve before major incident • Accountable for project hours • Must have required hand tools • Diagnostic/troubleshooting skills for startup equipment (EPA Card a bonus) • Knowledge of installation of all commercial/residential equipment • Ability to read job prints and submittals • Knowledge of HVAC codes • Knowledge of ductwork installation – square, spiral, flanged, dryer venting and exhaust fans • OSHA 10 • Knowledge of crane operations and hand signals • Knowledge of refrigeration charge, lineset installation and condensate drain.
