Insurance restoration/construction company seeking production manager. PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT an in-field position. You will be in the office 95% of the time and have moderate computer exposure. Please be comfortable with working in an office environment and on a computer. Must have hands on construction experience to succeed in this position. Duties: Run daily production of 6 crews (most of our staff are long term employees). Co-ordinate sub-contractors. Heavy customer contact. Completing take-offs from estimates and ordering job materials. Update notes on computer programs of insurance companies. (Alacrity, Contractor Connection and Innovation) Run between 30-40 jobs in various phases of completion. The ideal candidate would have insurance restoration experience and a vast knowledge of all phases of construction and materials. (Candidates with the most hands-on construction experience will go to the front of the line.) Our company has been family owned and operated for 30 years.
