We are a locally owned an operated Property Maintenance Company looking for an assertive and highly motivated employee wanting to join our team. The individual must be a team player, willing to show up to work everyday, take pride in themselves, the work they perform, bring a positive attitude to work, and have a positive attitude about our company. Our company works on both commercial and residential projects. We run a friendly, team oriented environment. Most jobs are within 20 minutes of Girard, Ohio. The we are looking for an individual who can do all aspects of landscaping included but not limited to: Mowing Tree Removal New Lawn Installation Many Different Fence Installations Hardscapes Waterscapes Rock Jobs Edging Flower Beds Weeding Beds Planting Plants and Flowers Stone Jobs And General Landscaping Duties. Individual must be reliable and have reliable transportation to get to work. Must be a self motivated person. There are other projects to do other than just landscaping. This is NOT a seasonal position it is year around work. We also do snow removal in the winter. Individual must be able to complete tasks in an efficient manner and also be able to work individually. Applicants must be able to adapt to all environments. Experience is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate. Most projects are located in Girard, Hubbard, McDonald, Niles, and Youngstown. (We usually stay within 20 miles of Girard). Employment Job Requirements: -Valid Driver's License -Reliable Transportation -Clean Driving Record -Available and able to work year around in all weather conditions -Good communication skills -Pass drug testing Pay is based on experience.
