Need help with balloons

I have the balloons, the electric pump, and the kit in order to assemble a balloon garland. Need someone who wants to give it a try. Pay is $20/hr.. must come day evening before the event to construct it. Shouldn't take more than 3 hours. will give bonus if can do faster. See this video -
