Rasmussen Equipment Shipping & Receiving Associate FULL-TIME $20/hr 415 S Cloverdale St, Seattle, WA 98108 In this role, you will be responsible to receive stock orders and put products on inventory shelves, pull new orders, package and palletize shipments. You will work with yard staff, mechanics, and wire rope personnel to prep deliveries and offload freight trucks with forklifts. Rasmussen ships everything from small packages up to 100,000 lbs. pieces of equipment all around North America. The successful candidate will be able to occasionally lift up to 75 lbs. Primary Responsibilities: - Pull and prep orders - Interpret work orders and pull stock accordingly - Load and unload freight trucks - Assist Will-Call customers - Operate forklifts - Receive stock orders and put away products - Maintain bin locations - Keep yard and shipping/receiving areas clean and organized - Breakdown wire rope reels - Occasionally Drive Company Vehicle to Deliver to Local Customers - Backup Logistics Coordinator duties Schedule - Shift start: 7:00AM - Shift length: 8 hours - Days: Monday - Friday Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 90 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Some previous forklift experience - Some previous construction background preferred - Basic computer skills - Must be at least 21+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis included) - Can lift 75 lbs About Rasmussen Equipment Based in Seattle, WA with a branch in Belle Chasse, LA and an equipment distribution hub in Anderson, CA, Rasmussen Equipment has one of the largest fleets of new and used winches in the United States.
