Please email resumes to all island mech @aol.com or give us a call 631-471-5000 ask for ( Jeff) Responsibilities He/She will assist the maintenance team and be responsible for electrical repairs; plumbing; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC); carpentry; painting; and other building systems projects Experienced general laborer needed for job sites Helping all trades on site Lifting materials, helping with deliveries, and will be assisting the roofers Will be installing baseboards, moldings, doors, and cabinets Will be loading/unloading trucks, helping with set-ups, mixing cement, working on scaffolds, and doing debris clean up Will be keeping the site clean, doing debris clean up and lifting heavy materials Will be working alongside the plumbers and making sure the site is clean and free of debris Will also be lifting heavy pipes, tools and plumbing materials and transporting them to various parts of the jobsite
