Washpodd is an auto detailing company that is rapidly growing in the greater Seattle area. What sets us apart from other companies is that we have created a system that allows us to fully operate inside a shipping container. We are proud to say that we are the first auto detailing company in the world with this modern looking and compact setup and operation. In our process we use a powerful steam technology that allows us to fully detail a car with only 1 gallon of water. We currently have 2 Alderwood Mall and Tulalip Premiuim Outlets. We are currently offering the opportunity to work a full time for a hands-on auto detailer at at our Alderwood Mall location. Starting wage is $19 - $24 (depending on experience) + $100 bonus for arriving on time and on schedule showing up to work gratuity from customers (tips) are good and consistent ($600 a month consistent). Most important qualities we are looking for are : •Be able to work in a fast paced environment •Be willing to learn and take advice to safely and effectively perform the job •Great with customer service •Reliable, dependable and committed •Be and remain trainable/teachable •Have the ability to work as a team as well as on your own and under a supervisor •Must be at least 18 years old • Must have the ability to effectively use and operate service machinery and tools • Great time management skills •Be able to manage and lead a team Duties and Responsibilities include : •Detailing cars with excellence and professionalism. •Respectfully/properly greeting and checking customers in and out • Carefully and thoroughly cleaning, vacuuming, steaming, waxing, polishing vehicles • Maintaining the standard quality of service of the organization. • Understanding the importance of delivering and meeting the specific requirements that each service consists of • Inspecting each and every vehicle thoroughly prior to starting to work on them to make sure they are meant for the scheduled service, as well as recommending other necessary services and/or upgrades needed. • Learning and maintaining the proper functioning of all service tools and equipment. • Reporting any visual damage or dents to the supervising manager of the establishment prior to the start of the service.
