Triad Pacific Inc. is hiring a Lead Construction Worker to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. The position will be responsible for completing physical work tasks related to general remodeling. Requirements: 5+ years experience in carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC repair and replacement experience (knowledge and experience of all these trades is best). Physically complete several construction tasks including framing, drywall, paint, carpentry, minor electrical & plumbing, etc. at each job with help from other team members you are managing. Keep production of team moving with pace Must maintain a professional and courteous manner with everyone in contact at the jobsite including residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above. Able to use a work checklist and communication well with team members to effectively complete work. Must be willing to use a cell phone and/or tablet app for communication and task management. Ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Must have a valid driver's license reliable transportation to haul tools and basic materials and willing to drive to different jobs on a daily basis if required.
