SANTA ANA, CA — The Orange County Sheriff's Department Coroner Division is seeking public help in identifying and locating next-of-kin for a man found deceased on Nov. 12 along the tracks on San Clemente State Beach. The man is described as Caucasian, of thin build, approximately 60 to 70 years old, 5'8", 168 pounds, with short blonde/gray hair and blue eyes. He was wearing two black long sleeve shirts and dark blue Tek-Gear athletic shorts with a black stripe on them. He had evidence of prior prostate surgery.
