ServiceMaster Quality Restoration is looking for a Certified WTR Technician to join its team Job Description: Restoration Technician Full Time: 40 hours a week (Monday – Friday) with an on call rotation for emergency services Pay Scale: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour (depending on experience and certifications) Job Summary: We are a full-service restoration company and general contractor. We specialize in Water, fire, smoke, odor, trauma, vandalism, and hoarding restoration services. We provide 24-hour emergency services to all of Douglas County. We are seeking an experienced certified water technician with 2+ years experience. Candidate will be a reliable team member that others can look up to, responsible, honest, and looking for a long-term commitment. Responsibilities and Duties - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to perform physical tasks that also require the lifting/positioning of heavy equipment - Able to work 40+ hours and/or weekends - Knowledge of construction is helpful - Respond to properties that have sustained damages from water, smoke, wind, and fire - Assess the extent of damage and establish work scope - Go over the scope of work with customers and insurance company as necessary - Acquire signature on contracts - Perform the removal of building materials as required by industry standards - Install mitigation equipment to reduce the severity - Keep open lines of communication with the office and all other parties involved - Maintain the high quality and standards of the department - Strengthen the company's image with each customer and their insurance carrier. Qualifications - Must have a valid driver's license - Must be eligible to work in the United State - Background check required - (WTR) IICRC certification required: Additional certifications preferred (FRST, Odor, Trauma, ASD).
