Hi! I am looking for a piece of land through a personal seller with owner carry, or personal financing terms. I am seeking 5+ buildable acres, with power at lot, well and septic approved or in place. The more already developed the better. A little background about me. I am a single mother of 3, ages 6mo to 5yo. I just sold my home on March 1st and resorted to buying a new travel trailer to live in. The reason being, is due to being rejected for not meeting 3x the monthly income amount. I offered a real estate agency the funds to cover the term of a 12 month lease and they still rejected me. So now I am looking for land to build a home on. For zoning: I would like EFU, accessible, and in Powell Butte/Terrebonne/ Tumalo areas, but I am open to different options.
