Mowing Technician  Reports to: Operations Manager  Supervises: N/A Position Overview: We are seeking Mowing Technicians to join our 2022 field team! The Mowing Technician assists the Crew Leader in performing entry-level, quality lawncare on commercial properties of various sizes. Technicians are responsible for loading and unloading Company vehicles, safe operation of all Company equipment and tools, as well as various lawncare tasks, including but not limited to: installing plant beds, weed control, trimming, and edging. Hours vary based on the season and some overtime will be required. Position Details: Salary: Non-Exempt, $15-17.75 Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; work outside. Work Schedule: Hours vary based on seasonal needs, must be flexible. Typically M-F, 8a-5p. Work Location:Groveport, OH  The Perfect Candidate will be proficient with: Operating a zero-turn lawnmower! Weed control and walk edging! Bed edge and mulch application! Pruning Techniques! Planting of shrubs and trees! Basic lawn equipment maintenance! Snow removal! Minimum Requirements: 6 months of experience with a professional landscaping company. Valid DL (preferred but not required) Reliable transportation Positive Attitude We Offer: Pay raises every 90 days!!! Attendance Bonus every 90 days!!! Snow removal rates of $25-$30/hour based on equipment knowledge!!! Guaranteed 40 hours/week of pay each Winter if you are available for work! Brand new equipment and tools! Paid time off!
