Do you have a metal lathe? Help!

I need a few precision spacers made. I will provide the material (416 stainless rod). I need a few spacer with an I.D. of.625, the O.D. of.825 in a few different thicknesses ranging between.1806 and.1851. It's critical that they are very flat. I have checked and with all of my resources there is nothing commercially available. This should be fairly easy for anyone proficient with a lathe. I'd be happy to compensate you for your time.
