There is a $50 non-refundable host fee per event for administrative planning and supplies in addition to the per person charge. We ask that you cancel at least 72 hours before the event that you have registered, for your participants full refund. While we can’t give refunds, in the event that something should conflict, we can move your event to another date. Unfortunately, if any participants arrive late or don't show up for the event, they will not be refunded.
