We are CRC, a real estate company that owns commercial buildings around the Dayton area. We are seeking an exterior maintenance to work part-time on an assortment of tasks from maintaining, repairing, cleaning, and organizing. Looking for a person with the following skills: 1. Flat roof repair and maintenance 2. Stucco repair 3. Painting 4. Parking lot patching 5. Experience with flat roofs In addition to these skills, the right candidate will need to be able to work 30-40 hours a week and be able to work independently and be meticulous about documenting before and after pictures of work completed each day.
