Need to rehome small dog.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control, I am looking to rehome my dog, Copper. My grandfather was recently admitted to the nursing home and I just don't have the time to give him the attention he needs anymore. He's a small dog, about 11 pounds. He's VERY friendly, and loves dogs and anyone he meets. I think he'd do best in a home with another dog and maybe some kids to run and play with, he's very energetic and can go for hours. He's never bitten or growled over anything. He's NOT good with small animals or cats, he likes to chase. I will not give him to just anyone as he has several quirks and things that he needs worked with and I want whoever decides to give him a new home understands this. There is a rehoming fee as well, he will come with all of his things and his current toys. He is NOT free.
