Pop Up Gallery Opportunity

Hello folks. I am a landscape artist working and living in Boston metrowest. Occasionally I organize pop up galleries that last from a few weeks to several months. I am planning to do another one soon like April and May. I have a big space picked out that I have used before. It is on a major road in Acton and gets a lot of visibility from the road and sidewalk. Besides works hung on the walls, I would have a few works in the front window lit up so they are visible at night. I paint mostly impressionistic/expressive landscapes in oil on larger (36x36) canvases, and I sell my work mostly word of mouth but also from locales in the area where my work is displayed. I am looking for something that is NOT landscape but maybe still life or other in oil or acrylic to complement my landscapes. I also have a photographer that would be the third artist. I am also looking for an artist whose work sells for low hundreds to say $1500 (maybe $2K) per work so it is affordable and in the same ballpark as my work. I will pay to rent the space myself but would ask 30% of any sales that result from the pop up. The space would not be open all the time but maybe once or twice a week with the hopes of having a few art shows with invitations and advertising 2 or 3 times over the 2 months.
