Roush Farms is taking applications for a full time Truck and Equipment Technician. The qualified applicant will need to be a self-starter/self-motivator, have own tools, willing to adjust to a changing environment. The consideration for this position will be based on the applicant being responsible. Must comply with all safety requirements and procedures. A Class "A" CDL is required, or obtainable soon after hire. Not all jobs will be in the shop, there will also be jobs in the field. Strong knowledge of CAT, Cummins, Detroit etc. as well as. The compensation for this position will be based on experience. When applying for the position please include 3-4 references. Our Diesel Technicians generally assist in the repair and diagnosis of major components or remove/replace major components of various truck and trailer equipment. Expectations of our Diesel Technicians include the ability to diagnose and repair the following with little or no supervision: •Clutches •PTO Systems •Electric Systems •Annual DOT inspections •Hydraulic/ Air Brake systems •Heating/ Air Conditioning Systems •Instruments and Gauges •Preventive Maintenance Service •Drive Train We are a 24 hour shop Guaranteed 40 hours per week between 7:00 am – 3:00 pm With being a 24 hour shop you’re sure to get overtime (early morning, nights and weekends)
