Rat snake and 6x2x2

I know, a 6x2x2 will seem like overkill for a nearly 3 foot snake however he/she will grow to 7-9 feet and this enclosure could possibly suffice for their entire life. Life is pulling me in a different direction so i am downsizing my collection. He/she will come with enclosure and heating. I will not separate them. She is fiesty but with regular handling could become a doll. I am in no rush to rehome and will want proof of other reptiles and basic knowledge on rat snake care. Please email me with any questions. Rehome fee will cover the 6x2x2, heating, and the baby itself. Must be willing to pickup because i have no vehicle large enough to transport.
