We are looking for a motivated self starter to keep our properties looking great year round! A positive, productive and responsible person to perform the following tasks at our various locations in Franklin County: Summer maintenance - mowing lawns, mulching flower beds, planting flowers and shrubs, trash clean up. Winter maintenance - snow removal ( plowing, snow blower, shovel and salting walks ), trash clean up. Additional maintenance - as directed by management to make repairs as needed at our facilities. You will need a clean driving record with experience in the tasks listed above. We will provide any additional equipment and training necessary for success.
