Massa Organics is a regenerative organic farm consisting of 500 acres of rice, almonds, mandarin oranges, and a flock of 180 sheep. We are looking for help with general farm labor--including caring for our sheep and livestock guardian dogs, moving fences, pruning trees, weeding and mowing around the farm, heavy equipment operation and maintenance, irrigation, and harvesting our crops. Livestock experience, basic mechanical abilities, welding experience preferred. Ability to speak Spanish also a plus. To apply, send resume. Housing is available for the right person!
