Denver-based telecommunications company looking for New Mexico Field Regional Supervisor experienced in drop-bury, telecommunications underground construction. Valid Driver’s License a must. Ability to travel required. Candidate needs to have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Team player who is willing to take ownership of job tasks and pitch in where needed to meet company goals. Position reports to Regional Manager and will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet internal and client expectations with respect to quality, budget, and deadlines. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience is preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required. Please send resume and salary requirements to be considered for this position. The main focus of this position is to manage up to 20+ in house and/or sub-contractor bury crews in day to day production meeting the target due dates. With the help of other company personnel, work needs to be routed to each crew, jobs need to be tracked, issues dealt with, and customer needs met on a daily basis. Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to): • Oversee day to day & overall project timelines • Route work daily to crews in the field based on locates and due dates • Maintain strict timelines on individual job completion • Manage resources in the field to meet each job complication • Maintain materials inventory • Keep record of all materials • Order new materials when needed • Issue materials to crews when necessary • Customer Service – Damage claims • Investigate damage claims • Maintain damage claim records • Communicate with customer, homeowner, and crew all damage claims and resolutions. • Site surveys • Visit constructions sites to verify path, locates, and equipment needed Starts – Immediate Openings Pay – Competitive salary.
